Review – The Hand

Usually the disembodied hand thing runs as a short vignette in an anthology of similar offerings, as in Dr. Terror’s House of Horrors. Unfortunately, every once in awhile it escapes into a feature length offering. Throw in Michael Caine, and you’ve got a recipe for disaster. Caine plays a cartoonist whose drawing hand is severed in a car accident. As our protagonist’s dissatisfaction with life begins to build, his lost appendage makes a predictable reappearance.
