Motivated by some irrelevant pretext, four women rent a country cottage and then buy themselves a bad time by sitting on the spectators’ bench at a pagan ritual. The production also takes great pains to comply to some kind of peculiar censorship code that allows steamy sex as long as there’s no nudity and violent death only if the gore is kept to a minimum.
