US audiences who think Ebola fever is limited to grass hut villages could also use this reminder that Lagos is a huge city that’s every bit as modern as its North American counterparts. Though this is nobody’s idea of cheerful, it’s a well-assembled and accurate depiction of one of the worst possible situations. Worth seeing
