Sylvester Stallone and Rutger Hauer go after each other in this classic disco-era crime drama. Despite being packed to the brim with action movie clichés, the plot keeps moving and even features an occasional interesting twist. Sure, it’s not exactly the most insightful film ever made about the thorny topic of international terrorism. But if you’re in the mood for entertainment rather than education, you could do a lot worse. Mildly amusing
